Terms of service

poema cloud is hosting for agents, run by [operator's legal name and country: owner to decide] ("we"). By signing in you agree to these terms.

The beta

poema cloud is a private beta. It has no service level: it can be slow, change or be down, and we may end it. Instances are not backed up, and a workspace's files can be lost, so keep what matters in git. An instance suspended for 14 days is deleted. Limits, such as how many instances run at once, are those of your plan and can change.

Your account and your agents

You are responsible for what your account and your API keys do, and for the agents you run: their code, their prompts, the model keys you give us and what they send. Keep your keys safe. The provider keys and tokens you save are used only to call that provider or git host for your instances.

Acceptable use

Do not use poema cloud to attack or scan other systems, send spam, mine cryptocurrency, host or distribute malware or illegal content, evade the limits of your plan or another user's, or probe poema cloud itself for weaknesses without asking us first. Instances reach the network only through poema, which logs the hosts they reach.

Suspension

We may suspend or end an account, and stop its instances, at once and without notice when we think these terms are broken or the service is at risk, and we may end the beta. You may stop using it, and delete your account, at any time on the dashboard.
